Bragging

Postby Katie » August 20th, 2004, 8:14 am

Hey guys, I've just finished week two and wanted to stop in and brag. Bragging is allowed here, right??

Today marks two weeks since starting the 5:1 plan and I'm down 10 lbs. Half way to my first of three mini goals (20 lbs each!).

Anyone contemplating using this product....take my advice....it works!

Have a great day everyone!

Congrats! Bragging is always allowed - this program works - all you have to do is follow it religiously.

Keep up the great work!

Not a full size yet, but I can already tell a difference in my clothes!

I'm sure some you other scale junkies can relate to this....I usually weigh each morning---Any time I start to wonder how much longer I can keep this up I get on those scales only to find myself another 1/2 lb or more lighter. Now if that's not a great motivator, I don't know what is!
