just think of the undies that will be even cuter on ya....as long as you follow the program.
I too started at 179 and want to get down a few sizes and as of today, 31 days in to MF, i have lost 17 pounds! It is so exciting!
I am shopping within my closet once again and wearing clothes that didnt fit just four weeks ago!
