I bought it and IM SCARED!

Postby dibbida » July 27th, 2006, 2:12 pm

Hi!

I did it I boght the 4 week plan! :D
Ive been lurking and saw all the awesome progress and know I HAVE to do something
i am a 35yo mom of 2 girls ages 7 and 4, a wife, a waitress who works 35-40 hours per week...I have a ton of energy..my friends think I'm hysterical...which I think sometimes gets me through alot!

I'm 5'4 and weigh  178......UGH...I said it..i like to skim off 10 lbs.

SO... I truly cant afford to purchase this, but Im tired and NOTHING IS WORKING..im tired of locarbing and I want it to work quick. I used the pay later option....I hope this works.

ps. like I said my humor is wacky...but remember really cute underwear? I am now wearing my moms Fruit of the Loom bloomers(and I Ive grown to like them). I WANT cute undies again.
I used to be the curvy girl...now the only thing that curves is the bulge in front of me.
Also I would love to post a pic ( i dont even think I have one) to see my progress but i dont have a digtal camera or scanner, any suggestions?

Sorry for my rant..any kind words are welcome.....do you guys think I can do this?
Im really excited!

Don't be scared. It's easy (well for me anyway) and it works. Just read your quick start guide and FOLLOW it. If you do the 5&1, you will be surprised in a week to see how much you lose and that will be your motivation to keep on shakin' with us. Come on in, the water's fine!

Oh dont be scared. Once you start and see how easy it is you will feel so much better.

As far as the picture is concerned. You could develop film onto disk at your local photo place or ask someone else to scan for you.

If you REALLY want this to work and stick with it 100% for the full month you purchased you can loose between 10 - 15 lbs. (you are starting at a much lower weight then most of us did)

This is the only diet program that has worked for me. See my stats and progress pictures in the studio. I lost 57 lbs since Feb. 28th.

YOU CAN DO IT!!

Once you start, it'll work out fine for you. You seem definitely determined already, though!

Welcome - I'm a newbie too! I have 3 boys, ages: 7, 5 & 21 months. And like you, I'm a bit scared. But decided to give it my all and see what happens! I'm ANXIOUSLY awaiting my first 4 weeks - which have already been shipped!! I'm extremely motivated and ready to start!!

Welcome! I'm 34, mom of 1 ten yr old... Only I have a lot more to lose than you! You'll probably do it in about a month. You can definitely do it!

I've been on MF for 3 weeks so far, and have lost 14 pounds. I know you can do it too!
It's important that you follow the quick start guide in order to get fast results. Otherwise, as you'll find on the forum, weight loss slows down quite a bit.

Time flies anyways, you might as well be losing along the way. I can't believe I've been on the plan for 3 weeks. Seems like yesterday. It's really easy, no guess work.

PM me if you have any questions, or want to talk.
:goodluck:

Hmmmm,
No need to worry, just follow the plan and the pounds will be a thing of the past. Read the Quick Start Booklet and follow it exactly. That way you will part with the pounds in the quickest and safest manner. With that few pounds ( or for those of you with more)...it really won't take that long. It's a great program.!! :D

Welcome to our group. YES you can do it. 10 pounds, you'll lose it in a month no problem. Just stick to the plan. One bit of advice when you get started the first 3-4 days can be torture, headaches, weakness, a feeling of "oh I'll never make it" :x By day 4-5 the fog will lift and you'll be in the Medizone. Pounds will start dropping and you'll never look back.

Sure you can do this!!! Just remember that the money that you are spending on MF is replacing the money you would have spent on groceries and even eating out! You will do fine on this board and on MF!! Good luck to you! :D

Oh I do remember thinking this.... however, it had been years and years since I fit into cute undies. After I had lost alot of weight, I really needed to buy new undies.... but had NO idea as to what size and what would be comfy. Imagine me going to a lady and say "what size undies do you think I'd wear?" It's not like I'm going to try on underwear - eeeeewwww!

I do know what size I wear now and what is comfy.... and guess what - they are so sexy! At least that's what my hubby says
