Body Sculpting in Progress UPDATED!

Ok, so my wife decided to post on here so I am going to also! I have lost 28.5 pounds in 4 weeks!! It is amazing how once you get past the first couple days to a week you start to feel ok about not stuffing your face!! ;)

Here is my before pic at 4 weeks in the program. Started @ 340# and now to date have lost 28.5# putting me at 311.5.

Anyway....the journey goes on!

Well now that I am down 90#'s here is a new updated pic of me!! Just 50 more pounds to go!!! 8)

Started June 19th 2008. First Mini Goal 76.7 pounds.

You are doing AWESOME!!!

Before Medifast I did not realize just how I was stuffing my face with food. I barely took a breath in between bites so I know what you mean about stuffing your face.

I now eat slowly and enjoy every bite it eat. If you haven't noticed yet - let me tell you that food seems to taste better now than it did before. I even enjoy brocolli now. LOL!!!

My husband and I lost weight together on the Medifast. He lost quicker than I did but then I caught up. In my opinion, it is so much easier doing it with your spouse.

Keep us posted on your success along with Sharon.

Thank you to all!!! I am now down 31.4 pounds!!! So Unca, I don't know when officially you change people to their new class, but I am now in the 30# class!!! :exercise: :yay: :whoohoo: :trophy:
