Question...is there a place (i.e. website) that I can go to to compare what my BMI was when I started MF and now?

Thanks!

Thanks a lot...I just checked it and I have moved down almost 8 since starting MF :D

Thats using last week's weight loss number as I have not weighed this week yet! Should be down a digit or so more...

MMT BMI Calculator:
MakeMeThinner BMI Calculator

If you have Excel, there's also a BMI calculator in the MMT journal:

Down 11 is GREAT!!!!

As far as BMI's go:
18-24.9 is considered "normal"
25-29.9 is considered "overweight"
30-34.9 is "obese class 1"
35-39.9 is "obese class 2"
40 and over is "obese class 3"

You have gone from obese 3 which is VERY unhealthy to obese 1 (MUCH BETTER). In 3 more you will be down to "overweight" and in only 9 more you will be "normal". YAYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!! Great job!!!!!!!!

It is important to check your BMI - especially when you start your program. I was half butter when I began my weight loss journey!

You folks are doing very well - it is exciting when we lose a decade of pounds, thrilling to enter ONEderland and better yet when our BMI is in a healthy range.
Keep working at it - one shake at a time, we take back our health and improve the quality of our lives!
