Since my wife (aphrael) decided to be gutsy and post her picture, I probably should too

The picture was taken yesterday morning.

See her post in studio for our story. While on MF, I lost 45.7# in less than two months (started 6/20/05, stopped 8/8/05). Since then I've gained back 36.2# (hey, at least I'm still down SOME.

).

On day 2 of "back on the wagon" and I'm down 4.5# (water weight, yada yada).

It is so good to see you both back and getting thinner and healthier together!! Now we have seen your lovely wife and we have seen you now how about a pic of the two of you together!!!

Keep shakin It is always nice to have another man aboard (even if yall do lose quicker than us lady folk!)

Hey BMA and Aphrael,

How great to see a husband and wife team working to get healthy and trim and raise that wonderful son together. It will be the greatest gift you can give him and yourself.

Can't wait to see your AFTER pictures together and the pride we all will feel for you.

You both know what to do and how to do it, and you WILL! :stroll:

Hey there you two! Great pictures!! What a sweet baby!! It's great that you're doing this together, it makes it so much easier!! My hubby and I are doing it together too! You can see our pics under "Dancing with MuscialMomma"! I'll be looking forward to reading your posts and seeing your progress
