Does anyone know if it is okay to donate blood while doing the Medifast 5/1 plan?

Correct - here is Nancy's reply. No blood donation while in the program.

Thanks guys, I was lazy & obviously didn't look far enough...I'll be diligent and become healthier. Who wants fat laden blood anyway?
