Well Ladies & Gents~

I know this is horrible but I tend to weigh every morning before showering and today is day 3 and I'm down 6lbs and my clothes are less snug than usual so that's a plus and I feel great :-) I only have 8 months until goal and I'm stoked. I have come to realization that there is a life after MF and I will ive that life eating the healthy fruits & veggies I used to eat before I chose to eat all the wrong things and become obese and I'm pledging to NO FAST FOOD in my after life... It makes me feel ucky, greasy and so disgusted with myself... Another thing is my sister in law currently lives with me and swears she doesn't have the time or money to WASTE on medifast can you belive she said WASTE? Well she is trying to lose weight by just drinking water all day and only one cup of coffee with sugar & powder creamer what a joke and she needs to lose about 65lbs to be at a healthy BMI and is only hoping to lose 50lbs so let her be unhealthy and she will see when I'm the haire and she is the turtle I haven't told her I'm hoping to succeed to goal before her but I'm sure it will happen that way and if all goes right I will be in onederland (-57lbs for me) by may or june... she will still be working hard and the only exercisse she does is stand on her feet working at blockbuster all day.

Okay so here I am on day 5 and I jumped (not literally) on the scale this morning only to find out I'm down a total of 10lbs WOO HOO and this weekend is going to be my first real hurdle to jump but I'm already half way in mid air above the darn thing! :-P So with that being said I now know that eating all the wrong things is going to hold me up from having that OH SO HOT BOD I have been longing for..... CONGRATS TO ME :mrgreen:

Now I hope a few are reading but I'm going to UNO's Chicago Grill for lunch today as an office trip and I wanted to know if you have been there while on MF what do you get? I'm navigating there nutritional menu between now & the time I'm leaving 12noon so any suggestions would be helpful please... Thanks and Happy Friday

Congrats on the weight loss but I haven't been to an UNO in years and of course ate pizza! Do they have an online menu?

Yes and I found what I'm going to have the grilled simple chicken breast with steamed brocolli I'm just scared of consuming too many calories how many are allowed for our L&G, I know to watch for carbs and sugar and sodium here are facts for the chicken and under that is for the brocolli, HELP

Hey Ladies & Gents~

I fell off a few days last week but I picked back up and I'm moving forward and I'm not officially weighing myself until Sunday that way I don't get discouraged. I went to the grocery store last night to pick up some legal food and found these kabobs of course chicken and then also these steak bites and they are totally legal no sugar or carbs low sodium and not too many calories... I had a Prime Grilled Morningstar Veggie burger last night with a small salad with spritzer dressing MMmmm Good. I was a little behind on my water intake yesterday but I'm going to step it up today... Well I'm just checking in and surfin the boards..

Well last night was a lazy night I had a Morningstar Veggie with a salad and it was good :- ) Happy to report I'm back down to a 10lb loss I guess I need to message Unca to make it official
