I can relate. Belly and big boobs! (I still have them just smaller) Take your measurements NOW if you havent yet so you can see how much you shrink! You won't believe it. NO excuses. You are doing it this time!

At least you were brave enough to take AND post those photos before you lose any weight. I was so embarrassed, that I didn't post anything until I had some to show some progress.

You are going to be successful!!!

Oh and the good thing is these pics weren't even taken a month ago they are that recent! I just have to figure out what about the shakes makes my tummy feel blah.... :x I will do this, I can do all things through this forum which strengthens me is my new motto.... These pics came from a once in a lifetime experience and that was my parents took us on an all expenses paid weekend to Virginia Beach in which none of us (me, hubby or sister) had been so it was lovely and the most amazing heaven on earth I have experienced outside of my wedding day! Thanks for the encouragement and I'm doing great here on day 1 I'm even getting my water in...

Sometimes the fact that the shakes are so thick can make my tummy icky. Try mixing them with more water. I don't think they lose much flavor that way and I like them thinner.

Alright so because I don't want to edit my original post because of Unca's wonderful job posting my pics I will put it here...My measurements are as follows:

Starting Weight: 242.5
Height: 5'2
Neck: 16-1/12
Arms: 14
Bust:51-1/2
Waist: 54-3/4
Hips:55-1/2
Thighs:31

So I'm stoked to see on the weeks I'm not losing lbs, how many inches I will be losing. I'm in it for the long hall :-)

That's the right attitude! Even when I'm hovering around the same weight for days I still know that my body is changing and getting smaller. Differences in your measurements will be great NSVs!!

That's a great step you've taken posting your photos. I've still only had the nerve to post an avatar. I'm promising myself I'll post befores and afters once I reach goal.

By the way, I'm vertically challenged too. :) Only 5'2" like you!!

You certainly have the right attitude blondangel, you can do this!

I bought a small blender and use it for all my shakes. 1/2 cup water, shake mix and about 3/4 cup of ice and blend till slushy. You can also add extracts to the shakes too and they are extra yummy.

Thanks to BabyTrace, Lizabette & Donna for the encouraging words, it's working and I would appreciate as many as possible, I'm glad that I can still enjoy Chipotle (very light on what I eat) and Uno's Chicago Grill ( skip the bread & get a side salad!) without having to worry... It's just that my life is so busy and I can still make positive choices and I can't wait after reading Rodeo Mom's journal it dawned on me that I ordered a pair of size 22 petite Venezia Brand jeans (Lane Bryant) from ebay and including shipping I paid less than $5 I can't wait to get into those bad boys.. Oh and I have a pair of size 16's that I love and they are so cute on me and I can't wait to get into those. It's just so positive to work towards being healthy and beautiful again! I also can't wait to get into all the cute dress pants I have without appearing to be the Michelin Man's newest Mascot  I also can't wait to wear the cute size 7 panties that have been waiting on reserve in my top drawer.. Oh and Rodeo was stating how she purges her old baggy clothes I can't wait to do that, but it will probably be in the new year.. I'm so stoked this time and have set a mini goal of -45 by Christmas and just know with Compliancy and my lovelys here on the Forum! I WILL DO IT!!!!!!

As Gretchen Wilson says "HELL YEAH" (as she is on her tour bus downing the last 4oz of Tennesee Whiskey) We'll be SCREAMING HELL YEAH as we down another 8 oz of water/shake! "WE CAN DO IT"
