Blew it!

Postby Jade » November 1st, 2005, 2:14 pm

Hi All,
I needed to come to the forum to confess I blew it this week. I went on a three day campout/babyshower with 25 other women. I did well for one day and then I caved big when someone handed me a plate with a brownie topped with pumpkin icecream. I slid that puppy down and kept on going for the next 2 days. I feel crappy and bloated and the scale is up by 3lbs! I'm back on track today and now have to go through the first 3 days again. I thought I had more strengh than this, but guess not. Anyway, I'm back and holding on tight. Jade

Seeing your signature, you have lost 50 lbs.

I am still at the beginning, in fact I'm waiting for my shakes...

Ok, you have gone wrong eating those. But let me tell you, it REALLY is not the end of the world, because you have those 50 lbs lost, and most importantly, you REGRET what you did.

At 50 lbs lost, you still can do it. If you doubt, look at a picture of you before you lost your pounds, and I'm sur you'll get motivation back on track!!

Good luck!!

Hey, you got right back on track -- that seems to be the hardest of all. Hello -- you totally rock! You were under horrid conditions and were human. No worries, we have your back and no pumpkin ice cream -- I hope you did enjoy yourself and that the inner struggle didn't spoil the fun.

Glad you shared and are back on track! Way to go!
