Hello Everyone. I just wanted everybody to know that today NOVEMBER 18, is my 45th birthday. For the first time in a very, very long time, I'm not a size 22 -24

. I am currently wearing a size 14 and soon to be a 10 or 12 haven't decided all the way yet. I'm just so glad that I saw that Medifast commercial, because that day changed my life.
For those of you struggling to continue, or are contemplating starting, MEDIFAST IS THE ONE to make your dreams come true. I walk aroung now with my head up high and a smile on my face. I feel good inside and out. And yes, I'm CUTE again

You have had EXCELLENT success! My own goal is to be under 200 by my own 45th birthday (March 24). I started at 279 and am now 247.

Happy Birthday Kim! You've given yourself the very best present of all. Congratulations, and good luck on taking the rest off.

(And Lisa, you will surely make it to ONEderland before your birthday -- good luck with that. My birthday is in May, and I plan to be at goal, which I might be revising from 165 to 150, not sure yet, by then, even taking into account my current "hiatus." Medifast works; sure wish I'd had it when I was 18.)

keep it up before you know you may be wearing one of these this summer.......

Happy Birthday, Kim! I can't think of anything better than giving yourself the gift of pride. Of course you are getting better health, happiness, and looks, but I think what's best is the PRIDE. Being proud of yourself, knowing you took your life in your hands and made it better. We spend much of our lives having people be proud of us for different things, but being able to pat yourself on the back and say "job well done, happy birthday to me." That, I think, is the best gift.

May this birthday bring you all the happiness in the world!

Well HAPPY 45TH BIRTHDAY to you, Miss Kim. And, yes, my dear - you certainly are cute! Even as the fluffier version of yourself, you were one stylin' girl. Between you and Nancy, I'm inspired to hang up my conservative old lady duds and start making my own mark on the fashion world (which scares the daylights out of my two grown cuties, one of whom was a Fashion major in college). I join you in praising the day I found MF. What a life-changing moment that was! Here's wishing you the greatest success in reaching whatever goal you set for yourself.
