So good to hear from you. I can still wear the one of the tops you brought me. The Ralph Lauren black tunic became even more fashionable after you gave it to me. It looks really cute with leggings. I can't wear the purple top with crystals right now because all that bling would draw too much attention to my 38F cleavage! I would love to meet up again! Sorry you gained a lot of weight back too! My condolences on the loss of your father. But so glad to hear we both have a plan! :cleader:  I am really so happy to hear from you again!

Grrrrr....placed a Medifast order last week but with the holiday it probably won't be here until Tuesday. I am down to 3 chocolate shakes and tomato and chicken noodle soup. Oh and some 5 year old chili! I hate the chili and certainly would be afraid of it after 5 years! I don't know why I don't throw it out. It just sits there...It is 2:14am and I can't sleep. Drinking lots of water which makes me not want to weigh when I "officially" wake up at 4:30 or so....so I may take a pass on the scale this morning. I had better get back to bed or according to the "rules" I am going to have to have a supplement because I have been up over an hour.

Not being able to sleep is the pits. I hope you have a good day inspite of little sleep.

As for the supplement order, that is rotten that you don't have quite enough to make it until your order arrives. I think there are subsitutions (emergency type of things), not sure where you would find the information though. I believe that a glass of milk can be used if you are without supplement (ran out, away from home, etc.). But I do not remember what type of milk....I'm no help at all. Perhaps your health coach (guessing you have one, maybe you do not) can give you some help or the people at MF. Hope it works out okay.

I think it is 8 ounces skim milk. I bet I could search the forum. I need a coach. If my order comes on Tuesday I should be fine-just eating a LOT of chicken noodle soup! bock bock!
**********************************************
The above is all wrong. Don't drink the milk! I called Medifast and my order should be here by Tuesday so I still have enough. She also gave me some interesting info. If you are running out and don't happen to get overnight shipping because of where you live, do three supplements and 2 l&g's. I already forgot what she told me to do if you are totally out but I think she said do 3 l&gs and a non-fat dairy serving, like a cup of skim milk or non fat sugar free yogurt. Makes sense. But is totally not drinking milk all day which I thought it would be. Hopefully I will never run into this problem again, but now I have the info.

Hi Bikipatra, I am so glad to see you back on here. I have been missing in action for a long time too. I logged in today because I am thinking of doing Medifast again. I was so glad to see you on here ! I was also diagnosed with Fibromyalgia last year and I also have asthma. I will let you know when I get started!!!

Please throw the chili away, so we don't have to worry about you getting desperate and then ending up in the hospital with massive intestinal distress!!!

Well it is 1:38am and I went ahead and weighed since I was going to start drinking water and don't know if I can get back to sleep. 221.8 Just down .4 pounds. I take lithium which makes me wake up very thirsty during the night. Even before Medifast I kept water by the bed so I could drink it when I woke several times during the night. I'm still in my first week so that makes 5 pounds lost so I shouldn't be complaining. My rings are loose, my double chin less prominent. If I get back to sleep I'll weigh again but all this water might make me heavier. We'll see! :|

220.8 Went back to bed for a while and lost another pound. It's 4:45am. What would happen if I could sleep until 6? Ah well, I'll be happy with my 1.4 overnight loss. :)
