Fast doesn't matter. Instant gratification is nice, of course, but life long changes seem that they would stick in our minds better, if they came slow and consistant.
Remind yourself that it isn't 'just getting the weight off fast' that you want. You want to keep that healthy, trim body for the rest of your life....and you want to learn to only eat for fuel, not to soothe.
