I am back. I have been really busy travelling allot. I have strayed and I wish I could blame medifast but noooo its my fault. Well I didnt gain weight but only lost 4 lbs. I see allot of new names which is great. Missed you all Ron

Hey Big Ron! I am Laurie. Nice to meet you. I saw your pics. Nice of you to share your ride with the boy. I know how special that stuff makes you feel. My oldest son, Jake is a Make A Wish child. He had brain cancer. He is fine now, but it still brings a sparkle to his eyes when we go to a MAW function and he is treated like royalty. Keep up the good work. Nothing is better than making a child smile.

Ron, you can't go disappearing like that anymore, there are already so few men on this forum, a loss of just one has quite an impact! You're leaving Ktrout, Ascicles, Fuelman, and a couple others out to dry with all of us LOUD LADIES! :-)

Hype hasn't been around too much since he's been hanging near the finish line, so we need all the testosterone possible!

Glad to have you back, and very happy to hear that your stray didn't travel too far. A loss is great, and you have much more coming to you!

Welcome back, looking forward to calling you Lil Ron soon!
