Being older

Postby Ct. Yankee » April 4th, 2006, 10:03 am

Hi to all! I am 63 years young and on my way to living to 103! I just would like to know if anyone on the program in my age category is encountering any difficulty in losing weight when well into the program. Given a slower metabolism and throw in Grave's Disease, and I am just curious. I just completed my first week on the problem, lost 10lbs, and am very motivated to finally, in 63 years, to get to my goal. I would appreciate any input. Thanks! :-P

Well let me tell you, you are doing better than me with no diseases and only 32 years old! LOL I don't think you have anything to worry about with that kind of result already. ;)

Welcome!!
