Drink tea, or even just heat a mug of water up in the wave for a bit. Wear gloves. Wear warm socks. Take a hot shower. Do some light exercise - that will help warm you up (yesterday I had to lug a bunch of heavy percussion equipment onto the stage right before a concert . . . the heat was not turned on in the concert hall, and everyone around me, audience included, was freezing, but for once I was quite comfortable!
). I'm into month three, and I'm generally still pretty cold, but all those things have helped me manage it.
On the other hand, just think of all those calories we're burning by shivering!!
