Does the being cold part ever get better? I have my heat cranked up to 75 and I'm shivering!! :whattha: My gas company is gonna be happy with me. Never get a hot flash when you need one!! I can honestly say I can't wait for summer and those 105 degree days..... Im frozen!!

I've been super cold too. Today it's chilly out, but I'm shivering inside my house. LOL! I'm thinking about laying on the couch with my 4 yr old under a blanket. Brrrr!!!!! I hope it gets better.

Drink tea, or even just heat a mug of water up in the wave for a bit. Wear gloves. Wear warm socks. Take a hot shower. Do some light exercise - that will help warm you up (yesterday I had to lug a bunch of heavy percussion equipment onto the stage right before a concert . . . the heat was not turned on in the concert hall, and everyone around me, audience included, was freezing, but for once I was quite comfortable! ). I'm into month three, and I'm generally still pretty cold, but all those things have helped me manage it.

On the other hand, just think of all those calories we're burning by shivering!! ;)

I normally like to slip into that wonderful hot tub I have on my back deck, unfortinally we drained it and cleaned it so now I am wiating for it to refill (on a well so this takes a while...) and than heat up and get the chemicals right... guess I too will be drinking hot tea :) and it is supposed to snow tomarow! So much for the first day of spring...

I've been on the program almost 2 1/2 months and I am still always cold. It's 80 outside right now and 78 in my house and I am cold. I have to put a heating pad on me when I watch TV. I went out with my Mom today and had a sweat jacket on, everyone else was in sleeveless shirts and shorts.

OMg I'm right at the almost end of day 1 and I wasn't sure if it was the program making me cold it was actually just my hands & nose that felt very cold other than that it was alright :-)

I'm *freezing* myself over here. I thought it was from my PMS, I usually get chilly at this time hehe. I guess it could be the diet, or all the ice water I am drinking doesn't help either, does it? ;)
