Isn't Trina amazing?

She did it one day at a time, following the program - eating healthfully sure looks good on you, Trina!

What is your favorite Medifast food?

What is your favorite Lean and Green meal?

You are a success story, too Trina! You deserve to be in People Magazine!

My weight loss

Postby smallerbermudagirl » January 17th, 2006, 9:29 am

Hi all  thanks for your support. Nancy my favorite medifast food was the maple and brown sugar oatmeal. The others i liked were the chili, and the boxed ready to drinks( These are very convenient on trips) :) I also loved the peanut butter bars and tried to not cheat and eat more than one a day.

But all an all i found this diet a cinch because you are able to pick the foods you like and eating every 3hrs kept me from getting hungry. I never had a weight problem until my late 20s so i must say this is the best diet I have ever been on and I enjoy this forum. It's so motivating to see the progress of so many medifasters! :D
