Hi all medifasters. I am sending my before picture to the forum so you all can see the difference I was 215lbs around the time it was taken Christmas Day 2004.
I am now about 150. Look at my after pics by clicking on studio at the top and scrolling down to smallerbermudagirl where it says "So glad to be thinner"
You look sensational! Not only that but you look much happier too Congratulations to you on your success. It is always a very postitive thing for us newbies to see such great progress.

Hi all thanks for your support. Nancy my favorite medifast food was the maple and brown sugar oatmeal. The others i liked were the chili, and the boxed ready to drinks( These are very convenient on trips) I also loved the peanut butter bars and tried to not cheat and eat more than one a day.
But all an all i found this diet a cinch because you are able to pick the foods you like and eating every 3hrs kept me from getting hungry. I never had a weight problem until my late 20s so i must say this is the best diet I have ever been on and I enjoy this forum. It's so motivating to see the progress of so many medifasters!
WOW! I'm inspired. I started out at 212 a week ago and have a goal to be 150 pounds............. and you did it in 5 months - I'm so pumped - I can do it!!!!
