Hello and Good Morning !
I decided that if I was going to be honest with myself that I had to post my before picture of how I look today and not last November !

My avatar is from a photo taken of me last November...

Do you like the hair as a bob or short like my avatar?

Thanks for posting your pics! Both of you are lovely. I know it is hard. I just took a leap and put the ugliest picture of myself I could up there with my belly showing and everything but you look very nice in yours!~ I have since posted some nicer looking pictures of myself at my heaviest. In terms of hair, an angled bob would be hipper but I would go with what I felt most comfortable with and think about things like how long does it take to style, is it versatile etc.

Thanks Biki for not telling me that you fell off the chair at your computer from disgust ! It was hard to "just do it" and post the picture...But I realized I had to have a starting point and can't show my weight loss journey and results honestly- without it...

I loved seeing all of your phots and again you have inspired me to persevere !

By the way, I'm glad you had a great walk today !!!

Thank you for your note ! When my hubby took this picture yesterday and I looked at it afterward...I almost died ! I thought I can't possibly post this ! I felt disgusted and then thought about the reasons that I'm here !

I'm looking forward to seeing your pics too...When you're ready of course !

The way I felt about it was that every single person I encountered in my daily life saw how fat I was, it was no secret, so why would I keep it a secret from the people who want to help me the most? But I understand it is hard. Maybe once you have lost some more weight you could put some "Beginning and during" pics in the studio so we can see how far you have come. It really is an inspiration to all of us.

When you post a before picture, it seems to me that you are very serious about taking this journey of losing weight and getting healthy!

I just really had to take the plunge and do it (show my picture) and like you said if you are really serious (like I am) just post it...I feel relieved because it's done and nothing bad has happened as a result of it...

I was in Staples today getting office supplies and I saw a few "dirty" looks, so guess what I did? I smiled my biggest smile and said, "Hello- It's a nice day today isn't it?" The looks changed for the most from "Oh look at her and her weight" to a smile and shy hello's !!! I decided that I had control over how I felt and turned it around...

I have been 100 % compliant and can't wait for another shake at 6:30 !

What a great attitude. And you did the right thing in staples. One time people were staring at me in target. I went up to them and said do I have a booger on me. They said oh no. Then I asked why are you staring. Then walked away laughing.

I loved your attitude as to your story in Target !! I think people can be so rude !! When I see someone with a disability I don't stare and make them feel badly... So what's the deal with all these rude people??????

I went to a friend's house last night and she pointed something out...She said that many addictons are not visual...She was a smoker and could hide it if she wanted to...her point was that any extra weight people have is visual...It's out there for everyone to see, and criticize...

Lucky us !!!

But you know what...I am going to get lean and "not mean" but perhaps help others with what I will have gone through and live life to the fullest...

I think you're just as "beautiful" NOW as you were back in Novemeber:+)...people can be so IGNORANT sometimes..loved the way you handled the dirty looks girl.

I think you and your daughter look so alike!

It took me a while to get up the nerve to post my before photo. Then I posted a 30 lb lost photo, that was fun. I took a 40lb lost photo but haven't sent it to Unca yet, guess I'll do that.

I think a cute little updated bob would look very cute on you. Since I lost weight I have let my hair grow some, but now I can't figure out what to do with it! You look like you have nice thick hair...lucky girl!
