Hi Gang:

Well, here I am and am I blushing. :oops:

I just don't have pic's taken and this is one of the biggest steps I have ever ever taken. But here goes, next year not only will I be 60... I'll be skinny !!!! I know I will! he he

If it wasn't for all of the encouragement and successes I see on this awesome, wonderful site, I know I wouldn't be able to do this.... but now I know I can.

.....my sister just started Medifast and says she's not a poster.........(but I'm sure she lurks from time to time).........when you signed your post I had to see where you where from as she has the same name and it isn't a real common name... :huh:
