Hope my picture shows up. I just e-mailed it and I'm not sure I did it the write way. Any way that was last summer (same wieght 206 as the day I started. March 18 2004). The picture was taken at the York Harley Davidson Motorcycle assembly plant. We are goin back again this summer and I will post the after picture when we get back.

That's a cool pic! Thank you for having the courage to post your picture. I know that is hard to do. But later when we go back and post our after pictures, they are such an inspiration to us and all the people that are already on or thinking about going on the program. This summer you are going to have a big smile on your face from all the weight you have lost! Keep shakin!
