my before & after pic from 2004

Postby Nite Izes » January 8th, 2005, 1:37 pm

ok gang, I had a before and after pic of me here back in the summer, but my site conked out and could not get the pic uploaded again. So for anyone who want to see what a transformation Medifast done for me, take a look from a person who was superb obese with BMI = 55.4 and getting ready to receive a wheelchair to now in the morbidly obese category, here's proof, you can see and compare. I was 303 lbs and have gone 7 months later to 250 lbs in this July 27 photo.

This pic was actually taken on January 27, 2004, but I wrote Feb. 2004. Although, I hit a a lot of plateaus, I have already lost a great amount of weight for the year and the final number will be tallied at the end of this month and again when I reached my 1st year Medifast anniversary on Mar 27, 2005. I am eager to see my current transformation, these before and after pics do not lie.

hey there thinkthin,

Since that pic was taken back in July, I have lost another 20 (give or take) lbs and my huge girth (tummy) has gone done even more. If only you can know what it feels that I can finally see my toes after all these years.

I am just glad that the weight is coming off, although slowly, but it is shedding away. I plan to take a pic at the end of this month and then I can see how much of a difference there really is. Looking at the mirror, my mind does not catch up with my body, if you know what I mean. I really do not see it, although I can feel it all over that I have slimmed down and of course the clothes are pratically falling off me.

Hi Nite Izes,

I am so glad this is working for you (us)! I am trying to lose weight everywhere, especially my mid section. After my second child, I blew right up. I am only 5'2" and I USED to weigh 145-150lb. Now, I am struggling in the 180'ish slot. I have to weigh myself this morning and write it down in the "roll call" section. It will be two weeks "officially" for me tomorrow. I feel I did really good. Yesterday I ate two bars instead of one. Oops!!! I was really hungry last night. I probably should've eaten lightly yesterday since weigh in is today!!! I ate lamb chops with green beans. About six ounces. Yikes!

You will be down to your goal in no time. I love looking at before and after pix. It keeps me motivated! Thank you for posting yours.

Have a great Sunday!!!!

Nite Izes -
Wow what a difference. It is so motivating to look at pictures. Keep doing what your doing, can't wait to see the next installment at 1 year.

I did take a beginning photo yesterday and found it to be a real eye opener. Maybe at the halfway mark, I'll post it. Right now, I can barely face it let alone let other people see it....Beth

Nite Izes ~

I had forgotten that you are a blonde because your avatar shows a brunette! You have lost a lot of weight and it is truly evident - face ad neck area, legs, arms, tum-tum and hiney, too.

Medifast carves it off from head to toe. You have lost an incredible amount of weight. The beautiful thing is that you now have the hope and the understanding that YOU can reach your goal weight, that you will be wearing those designer dressed but even better, you will be healthy in your mind, body and soul!

You are gonna do it in 2005! Can't wait to meet you in the skin, Skinny!
