Well… I finally rounded up some old pictures. Here I am at the pumpkin patch (the same patch you probably saw some before pictures of my mom Nancy in a few years back). This was from October 2001, before I started on Medifast the first time (and lost 52 pounds & kept it off for a couple of years).



This picture was from August 2001 at the beach. In case you’re not sure--I am the one in the blue shirt.



Here are some after pictures. These were taken in September 2004 right before I got pregnant & put some of the weight back on! Here, I was probably about 10 pounds above my lowest that I got on Medifast. My goal this time is about 30 pounds less than my picture here. This will be the first time I’ve been there since probably about 4th grade! Well... maybe not that far back, but at least before high school I’m sure. I know I had to pass that mark on the scale at some time or another…but it’s been a LONG time ago.




I'm still looking for a recent pic since having Nicholas & starting back on the program January 3, 2006... So I'll leave this spot open just in case I round one up. Ok... I found one. This was from December 2005, about a month before I started back on MF this time. I sure didn't remember that I had gotten this huge... ugh. I think December was a bad month for me because when I look at my November pictures, I wasn't that big. Must have been too many holiday treats!



My current pictures from Easter weekend are posted separately. I'm about half way to my goal!

Becky you look great!!! I still can't get over the progress pictures. It gives me such hope to see them. I too am trying to rid myself of the 60 lbs of baby weight I gained over 5 yrs ago. LOL!

Wow Becky! Are you the same person in all 3 of those pics?! You look great! You are an inspiration! It's so nice to have you as my HA and know that you are going through this journey with me.

BTW, I'm still trying to get off baby weight from Baby #1 who will be 18 in August!

You all are so sweet. Thanks for the encouragement. I'm glad to know I'm not the only one with baby fat. However, I think I used that as an excuse to scarf down lots of stuff toward the end of my pregnancy. Next time around I will try to be careful the whole way through.... Because who wants to keep losing 50-60 pounds over & over again? Not me! It's wonderful to have such a great support group here. I'm proud to be on the journey with you all.

Your befores and durings are so awesome...as you and your Mom Nancy are! And Nicholas is such a joy to both of you.

It is such a delight to see you on the boards, cheering us on.
