I've read alot about this ICBINB that the Americans use as a topping. I could not find it here in Canada but I did find Becel Topping & Cooking Spray.
Here is the skinny:

Seems like it is a perfect alternative.
Should I be limiting my use in any way?
I'm not going crazy with it but I may want to use about 5-10 sprays on some days. A few sprays on my oatmeal muffin/cake (thanks Marseille for that recipe. I was digging around the Lean Cuisine section and found it.) and a few sprays on my fish/veggies when I have my L&G.
Would that be too much sodium overall? I have not been using salt to season any of my other foods. I usually stick to Mrs. Dash & pepper for those.
