Banana Creme Pie

Postby smartiegrrl » February 13th, 2005, 5:31 pm

I'm wondering if the crust could be made out of the oatmeal. I may try that when I order MF next. It would have less calories that way I think.

Anyways I made a sort of pie thing that I totally enjoyed.

note: Makes 2 Servings

1 Packet of Banana Creme Pudding
1 S'more bar.

Cut the s'more bar in half and crumble each half into two custard cups. Press the crumbs lightly into the cup to make a crust.

Mix pudding as directed. Divide into 2 portions and fill each cup.

Personally, I like to freeze the pudding and this was really tasty that way. Since the bars recommend you have some beverage with them, I recommend it with a cup of coffee. ;)

Yum! That sounds really good sg. I ordered some S'more bars on my next autoship which should arrive this coming Friday. I will definitely try that.

SG,
I must be a dummy or something, but I tried your idea of freezing the pudding, but it wasn't so great. Do you just "lightly" freeze yours? Or I thought maybe I should have put a bit more water in it to start. I used the 4oz it calls for.

Thanks for any info......going to try the smore's bars in there today.
