I'm a new kid on the block & hope I'm doing this properly... linking to pics on my own server, so hopefully this flies I was so inspired by everyone's pics, I wanted to share some of mine

I went for my yearly "If Mama Ain't Happy, Ain't Nobody Happy" trip to visit my girlfriends in Chicago & Milwaukee in June, so these are the most recent pics of me, from that trip:

I'm quite a big ol' gal these days (had to cut out my long-time GF Amy - we were leaving her house for a surprise girl's nite out... her darling hubby took this pic):



The next one of these you see will be me holding my Medifast shaker! This is me at dinner w/ my GF's Amy & Laura...



Here is a pic of me from 100lbs & a lifetime ago, at just below my goal weight!

As per the latest post in my Journal, I ended up taking two weeks off plan, just because I realized I'd violated rule #1 and didn't chose my start date carefully. I didn't pig out too badly, but didn't *waste* any more of my MF shakes after a few days of constantly goofing up & stress eating over & over. Started back full force last Fri. and am already darn near where I left off on the scale. So, just to see if I could see any changes (and to try out my sweet new cam! lol) I thought I'd take a face shot & put it right next to the original I posted here from June...

Voila!!! Me, 14 lbs and 1 extra chin lighter:



I can actually see a little tiny bit of difference! I'm so motivated!! God BLESS you all for your ongoing support!!

THANKS SO MUCH Ladies!! So happy to be here & wanted to go ahead & put some faces w/ my posts!

I know exactly what you mean, supermom... it has been very difficult for me to crack open those old albums!

I guess I finally just got ticked off about it (vs. years of bummed out & sad) & decided that the old bod is STILL in there somewhere, just drown out by the present chub. Doing a little "brain training" on myself, I guess... trying to see the OLD BOD as the REAL BOD, and not get mired down any longer in the pork-chop version I see of myself in the mirror. As much as it hurt like the dickens to see just how that padding has changed me physically, I kinda had to start looking at the old pics to focus on a horizon for myself.

Dunno, maybe that can help a bit to stay on track, when you're ready to "go there"... because now that we have the "no-brainer" tool of Medifast, the only thing standing between ALL of us & our hot bods is time, Girlfriend!!

Heya Miz Lizabette... I emailed Unca my av - maybe he will get to it soon I'd found a pic of me at my actual goal weight, although it was scanned from a newspaper article, cut to exclude another person & filtered w/ blue film in photoshop...

A tad off from my weight now (bwahaha!! by 100lbs or so! lol), but will CERTAINLY motivate me with every single post, AY!?!! ha ha

Four daughters! Four weddings! The $ signs are ticking off in my head.
My soulution, unless you guys are zillionaires, is this:

Get them all engaged at the same time and have a Quad/Wedding! Save a bundle that way.
And you will be their skinny gorgeous Mom, singing at their wedding!
Ya gotta plan ahead these days, right?

Seriously, we are THRILLED to have you with us.
