Back on track =)

Hi All,

I started on May 2, lost a whopping 18 lbs in almost 3 weeks. it was unbelievable. Got over the 3 day hunger thing. Was loosing a pound a day. Got sidetracked with one dinner out. Then hubby got to go to San Fran for business, and I tagged along for Memorial Day weekend. Needless to say, I forgot the whole word Medifast. Came home and gained 8 pounds and my ankles were so swollen I couldnt wear my shoes. restarted this past weekend and lost 4 pounds already. I am back on track,I just couldnt believe how quickly it came back, well, yes, I really could believe.....I am in this for the long haul. I am in my sister-in-laws wedding 7/22, ordered a 22 dress, and I want it to to be swimming on me!!! I will glady pay to have it altered. Ok, enough rambling. Thanks for all the great posts, it keeps me going!!

It's not about where you've been; it's about where you're going. So, you goofed. Instead of feeling like a total failure and quitting, you came back ASAP! Now, instead of a giant disaster :bricks: , all you've got is an "OOPS". :dohdoh: You can survive an "OOPS". Congratulations! :cleader:

15 lbs in 3 weeks!!! When was the last time you did THAT??? That's 5 lbs a week, and a whole lot better than what I did my first month, I think. (I'll have to check.)

Welcome back Teri!

It is so great that you are right back at it.

Drop me a PM and let me know where you are at in Orlando and maybe we can get together some time for support and I know a few others in this area too.
