Hi everone -
It's been a rough few months at work and busy at home since July and I have been off of my MF plan, but eating healthy and maintaining my weight loss thank goodness. Fall is here and after a year of homeschooling my DS he has transitioned back to school this week and that leaves some time for me to work on ME.
Second day of back to modified fast. Have done well, drinking lots of water (& running to the facilities!), slurping shakes, doing my yoga class and a light walk each day. Coming to the forums again a few times a day has made a big difference too!!!
Congrats to all of you who are hitting the 40, 50, 60 lb marks. It does work when you keep at it!!!
