Back on track and feelin GOOD!

Postby bamamomof5 » April 27th, 2006, 10:00 am

Ok so after my major off wagon 10 days (no gain no loss but ate way way way to much junk) I followed ALL of your advice tue (after the am cereal incident) and have been golden since! I lost this am when I weighed and that is SUCH AWESOME motivation to keep on keepin on! I CAN DO THIS! I feel 10 million times better and had so much more energy in my workout too! I can see my shape changing (FINALLY even after 10lbs!) and I know that my goal is not far off and a true REALITY! I can NOT tell every one enough how much your support helped! I am almost out of some of my favorite things and MUST order them tomorrow as to not find myself in a bind... I would LOVE to know of some great Dinners (your 1 meal) because chicken on a salad is soooo boring now...! Have a BLESSED day Ya'll!

Keep on shakin'! :toast:

For L&G I am almost always using my George Foreman grill, with pre-weighed pieces of meat (chicken or turkey breast steaks). I figure 8 ounces before cooking is probably 7 after and usually give my hubby some anyway to be safe.

Jeesh I LOVE LOVE LOVE those Market Day turkey steaks OMG soooo good. I need to order more!! :)

Pashta, I think you may be shorting yourself on the protein. I usually cook about 10 oz of chicken and weigh after. Sometime's it's right on 7 oz. and other times I have to cut off a bite for the hubby.....if he's been a good boy.

Well there is a marketday dot com I think where you can see where the nearest school is to pick food up at, and you can order online or through the school and still pick up at the school.

Jeesh I feel so stupid for just assuming things don't lose that many ounces from cooking. Maybe that's why I only lost 12 pounds in 4 weeks.. Hmm.
