Okay, so I am scared to admit it!!! :roll: Scared of failure, scared I will quit, and scared of getting my hopes up to have them dashed once again!

Some of you know me. I was on Medifast over a year ago for 2 months and lost 30 some pounds and then got pregnant. :) Yes, it was a good thing. I had our baby boy April 16th and he is now 4 months old.

I have been so miserable and gaining more weight that I just have to end the madness!!! :cry:

So here I am, I started yesterday, so far so good.

Here are the pics. Any chance I get to share pics of my babies I take it. :mrgreen:

Can someone tell him to slow down?!?! He got his first tooth at 3 1/2 months and just a could of days ago got his second one right next to it. Tomorrow he turns 4 months old. He's growing to fast!!

I started yesterday had a slight down fall and I'm restarting today :-) I'm looking forward to losing the next 33lbs I will then be @ Onederland

I've always found it very difficult to restart on a diet or program so I don't envy you these first few days. You already know the rewards are great once you get yourself going.....hopefully remembering your past successes will keep you strong these first days. Best wishes for every success!!!

hey, baby! i just restarted; i plateaued for 4-5 months to try to let my skin and metabolism adapt. we started at the same time initially-- let's do it again.

well... yeah, but what i've lost in fat, i've gained in ego.
besides, my losses will creep along compared to yours...
