I have to be honest, I have fallen off the wagon and I'm NOT pleased with myself. I want so badly to loose the terrible weight. I have the hardest time with "mind games". One thing I do is look at all the "Before and After" pictures and that gives me hope and inspriration. Thanks to all of you that have lose your weight because your pictures give me something to look forward to. Anyone, that would like to "buddy" please feel free to e-mail me at: cndy1958@yahoo.com

Cindy,

You can do this!! You can do anything three hours at a time and that's the way you have to look at it. Temptations will be there but you are stronger than that. Just look that TWINKIE in the cream and say, "Stop calling my name, I don't want you!!!" Then go fix yourself your very favorite Medifast meal and enjoy every bite of it while repeating:

Nothing tastes as good as thin feels.
Nothing tastes as good as thin feels.
Nothing tastes as good as thin feels.
Nothing tastes as good as thin feels.
Nothing tastes as good as thin feels.

Wecome back onto the Medifast Wagon, Cindy! Don't be scared, and don't beat yourself up for falling off....there are plenty of us here who are battered and bruised from falling off the ol' wagon too, but we got back on and you can too....you haven't failed until you give up entirely.

Joy

Hmmmm,
Those mind games are difficult. The best way I know to overcome the "only a little won't hurt thought" is to think of MF as a prescription medication. None of us would fool around with our prescriptions. Sooo eat only what you are "supposed" to no more and no less. After a few days it will become more or less a habit and you'll be on the road to parting with the pounds. :D

Please never think.....just one >insert food< won't hurt.......it is hurting more than just your plan and weight loss. It is hurting your confidence, hopefulness, its making you scared that you will never succeed. It does hurt ...alot. Stay on plan. You can do it. Keep posting.

Welcome, as you can see we are all buddies here. We will help all we can. You need to be strong enough to do this. You know this can be done, you have seen it! Now you need to want it back enough that it sinks into you, and where you want to be in say a month from now. Give yourself a month, thats not too long but long enough for mf to really take a hold of you.

Get through one day at a time for one week, then be amazed at the energy, the weight loss, and the drive you have to continue on with the program! You can do it! :D

I hear ya! :x Darn those little devils that pop up on our shoulder!!!

Happened to me recently, too - I found myself stress eating again. I picked a restart date carefully to ensure I'd have a little more of a no-fail environment & went for it... 5 days back on plan now & going strong...

You can do it!! The next time one of those little devils pops up on your shoulder again, just brush it off with your hand & keep rollin'!!
