Hello All,
I'm back to the forum and have to say I missed everyone so much! My sister came for a visit so she could start medifast and I'm happy to report she is doing great! I've been faithful to medifast and have finally dropped 29.4 pounds. I admit that I had a few days of confusion with a gain of 2 pounds and had to ask Nancy for help during the past week but she put me on the right path and as always she pointed me in the right direction. I hope everyone has kept it shakin and been losers while I was away. It's good to be back in the Happy Zone. I've got alot of reading to do to catch up on the latest!

It's good to be back! I'll do another weigh-in this sunday and hope for the best. There are so many new people to the forum, I'm so glad to see so many people joining up. We'll all shake together!
