Hey all,
Well I went and saw the weight doctor and he said I can go back on medifast modified plan.... woo hooo I'm back in action!!!!! today is day 1 (again). He also said I have metabolic syndrome. he put me on medication because he said my insulin isnt producing enough glucos instead it's producing fat cells :-( crappy huh?

Oh well I'm happy to be back on the medifast polan and happy to be back here!!!!!!!!

I started again, too- Day 5 for me on the modified medifast. Mike came up with a clever phrase- 'modifasting', so I'm using that.

Welcome back! I was thinking of you the other day and wondering how your appointment went. I am happy that the Doc is going to allow you to continue with the program.

I don’t think Guido missed you..he was feeling his oats while you were gone and getting pretty darn frisky! **grin**
