Hi fellow MF-ers!!!
I have been in Italy (!!!) for 10 days and am back. In terms of eating on the trip, I wasn't super bad, but I must confess, I was not super restrained either! We walked a ton, though, and I managed to have 3 supplements a day and then just to eat small portions at lunch and dinner.
I am back on the program today. I am not going to weigh in until Sunday, so we'll see what the damage is like then!!
