I'm Back

Postby BSmith » February 22nd, 2006, 8:41 pm

Hello all, Just dropping back in to establish accountability. Have been off the program for several months going through one stessful life event that just keeps getting worse. Have put on all 15lbs that I have lost through MF. Have tried a couple other options, but as always before...only MF seems to work for wieght loss for me. Have to be honest, it is not my favorite program, but it does work and is good for me, so...here I am again, checking in for accountability and the encouragement that I had always received in the past.
Blessings all,
BSmith aka misplaced CA girl

Hi BSmith,

Just caught your post and so glad that you are back, even though I didn't know you were gone! Important thing is, YOU ARE!

You will soon no longer be aka "Misplaced", but will be right in here in the big middle of us shaking like crazy! :yay:

I like it that you want to be accountable--such a good example for all of us. You know the ropes :goofyjump: so you know as much about it as we do. We can learn from you.

This is to let you know that I am happy to be your new friend, :hi5:

 B !!!!

 Welcome back home!
:bounce:
We've missed you, Kiddo and please know you've been in my  prayers, too.

Sorry you've walked thru the valley of yuck but guess what?
Your MakeMeThinnerAndHappier friends are right here, waiting for you!
  :byebye:  :byebye:

Those 15 fluffers will soon be history, just like the yucky things!

:secret: Do ya know what, Folks?

 Cruddy things happen to us even when we are thinner - yup!

We've had our fair share and then some.. the lesson I've learned is
that I may no longer deal with my cruddy issues by way of the fork or a handful of grub but look for alternative outlets.

Now I know that the word 'outlet' can also be dangerous for some of us  ...as some :drive: take off for the Outlet shopping malls. ;)

Outlets: Journaling, walking with a friend, going to the library and getting lost in a book, knitting, painting, assembling puzzles, coloring, talking to a counselor, serving others, etc.

It's sure hard to make thinny changes, eh?

 Here's to YOU, Bee!

Let's shake it off and no returning to those cruddy days!
We wish for you only :shades: sunshine, thinny days and :rose: :rose: : :rose: for you!
Nothing tastes as good as thin feels...
