I'm back...

Hi everyone. I did MF for about 4 weeks in October and then fell off the wagon so to speak. I let stress and some personal stuff get to me. I'm back on the plan as of this morning and look forward to checking in with everyone frequently..

welcome back Kim,
I also fell off the wagon but I am back on so come on and we will stay on to gether we can do this it just takes staying with the plan .just don;t cheat it is so much harder when you cheat and so much fun to see the scale drop and not go up.
