SO HAPPY to hear that you are alive and well! Safe! That your home is safe, too!

You did a fantastic job on your program - especially considering that you were in a very stressful situation!

Since you are so active, I would suggest that you have 5 ounces of protein for your Lean 'n Green meal.

You rock! Now that you are back home, no fear of the Nut Monster calling your name, right? He no longer lives in your cupboards!

I snuck some of Terry's almonds out of his Tupperware container - a few every day so he wouldn't have so many to to tempt him. I put them in another smaller container and stashed it in the back of the spice cupboard. Hee hee. He doesn't even know it. Shh... ;)
