Hi, everyone. I'm finally back on plan, 5 days and 7 lbs. gone. I've been struggling with this for quite awhile now and managed to put on 15 more pounds in the process. Would like to lose some before the holidays. It's not even a matter of looking good anymore, it's feeling good. I feel awful with this weight on. Everything gets so overwhelming and then some. Anyway, will try hard to stick to plan this time. Here is my routine, if anyone thinks I'm doing something wrong, please feel free to give your opinion as I'm in need of a little support and guidance at this time.
7a.m. Shake, 10 a.m. Shake, 1 p.m. shake; 4 p.m. Lean & Green; 6 p.m. oatmeal, 8 p.m. Ready to drink shake. Is this okay? Thanks and good luck to each and every one.
