Haven't been around in ages.
I'm starting on full plan Monday- the same day I start my new job. It just seemed like a good time for an overhaul.
I've been VERY slowly putting weight back on, and talked myself into believing I was happy where I was (oh, not even NEAR close to goal). Then last week we were at my DD's gym meet and I saw myself in a full mirror and went ACK! That's not what I want to see! I can do better!
So, I am giving myself Mother's Day Weekend to get rid of any last-minute cravings, and Monday it is Bandwagon Time!
I'll be back on the boards regularly, and I know I'll need some help. I've used the supplements badly over the last few months, and unfortunately it makes it easier to cheat in the long run.
