He was able to do it all laproscopicly (sp?) but he's concerned about my liver. Said it looked "bumpy". May be due to having a "fatty liver" for 20+ years, or from the sickly gall bladder, and one of my liver enzymes was off, so I'm gonna have a biopsy in a couple of weeks. Other than that, I feel pretty good.
I gotta say, a hospital's idea of what makes a good "diabetic" liquid/soft diet is interesting. The liquid portion was broth (Yucky...no salt, more like dirty hot water), sugar free jello (two little tubs), hot tea and apple juice. Only the kitchen kept giving me non-diabetic meals with real jello (as "real"

Only instructions from the doc when he discharged me was to stay on a low-fat diet for now...(no problem there). It felt so good to be home and be able to get back on Medifast.
Thanks to all of you for your good wishes and nice comments on the updated Studio pictures. It means a lot to get your feeback and to also know that it might help others on the program by showing them what can be done if you just stick with it.
