hi I introduced myself a couple of weeks ago. I lost 15 , went to universal studios for spring break with my family. tried to stay on the program but found it to hard without a microwave and bowl at the parks so deceided to just eat healthy while on vac. I gained 4 back that week, not to bad. Got back on the program tuesday after everything settled back down and have lost the 4 plus 1 more.so now i have a 16 pound loss for being on a total of three weeks. i cant wait till the end of april to see how i do. this is so easy now i hope it will continue to be easy and work for me.i love reading about everyone out there and am so proud of all the encouragement everyone gives to eachother. if i can do this anyone can.

Hi Penny,
Now that the vacation is over just be very very compliant on program and the pounds will continue parting ways with you. We generally take the RTD's with us when we travel. They are a little heavy but very very handy!!
