I DID IT! I went to Los Angeles for the weekend and I stayed on my plan! I lost 2.5 lbs while there!!! Just one half a pound and I will be at my mini goal - which I had set for April 1!
Here are some other things I noticed...I flew from DC to LA just for the weekend and never got tired (even when I had to get up at 3 am to catch a plane), I had to hussle thru the airport to make my connection - and I was not out of breath, I had to sit in the Emergency exit row - and the armrests don't raise up, and I FIT IN THE SEAT.
