I'm not using my home computer, so I didn't feel like inputing my info, but it is me. I admit that I wasn't very compliant while I was there. but that is something that I can deal with. I plan on starting back fully on the plan on Monday morning (I have two Mothers day meals over the next two days, but otherwise I will be back on the plan today). I haven't officially weighed yet, but when I went to the vet to pick up my dog, I checked on their scale out of curiosity (while they were out of the room, of course). I was on there twice. The first time it said I weighed 316.5 (a 4.5 gain), the second time, it said 331 (a 19 pound gain!!!). I will take this as a sign that their scale wasn't accurate, but I am hoping for the low number.
Either way though, even if I gained 19, I am positive that I haven't consumed an extra 66,500 calories, so I am sure it will drop relatively soon. Hopefully at the same rate of my initial first week loss.
Most days I ate a regular sub from Quizno's. Not the most healthy choice, but certainly not the worst either. I did eat at McDonalds once, chinese food once and chicken alfredo (yikes).
Oh well, back to the plan on Monday.
