Back from Cruise

Postby smartipantz » May 8th, 2006, 6:57 am

Hi All,

Well I'm back from the cruise and had an absolutely FANTASTIC time. Can I PLEASE go back?

OK I confess, as far as sticking to program....... we did not :dooh: I must admit, we did indulge with the food and alcoholic beverages. It was definitely a pure vacation. I gained 10 pounds in 10 days :3head:

And now for the good news!!! Got back late at night on Monday.... and... drum roll please........ I've already lost the 10 pounds I gained and completely back on program. Thank you Medifast!!!!!

Oh, did I mention how many people on the cruise REALLY needed Medifast hehehehehehe :bib:
Restarted 9/29/08
1st month = 16.7 lbs
2nd month = 9.5 lbs
3rd month = 10.8 lbs
4th month = .4 lb /

I was thinking about this today. I go on a cruise every year, and I know that I won't bring medifast with me next time I go on one. I'll just have to be very careful and realize I'm going to gain. The good news for me is that I won't be going on another cruise until at least January! So by then I hope I have lost a significant amount of weight :)

You should share pictures if you have any! I love cruises :) They are the best vacations.

Welcome Home Smarti!!! Glad you had a great time and I am sure that a Health advisor standing on the dock as the ship disembarks could make a killing selling medifast..

Glad you back with us and back on track!!

I have been thinking about this for a while. We always talk about meeting up, so why not meet up on a cruise? You know they give great big discounts for large groups. They book school reunions, family reunions, one of my friends is a nail tech and she goes on a cruise every year that is just a big hair and nail convention. Why don't we try for a "Loser's Cruise"? I would go.

I know. I think of that too. Never been on one. I would probably get one of the patches just in case.
