I have spent the evening getting my pantry all ready. All of my M/F products are all laid out. Tomorrow it is off to the store to stock up on bottled water.

Jan and I had the pleasure of meeting 1Angel last week when we were in Anaheim. Angel invited us to her home and she prepared a most delicious Lean and Green meal; she showed us her pantry and she is ready for thinnin' action!

Hi Nancy!

Adriana and I have postponed our starting date to March first. We are both too stressed out right now. Adriana, lost her first niece a few days ago after days of being in the ICU. We are all very sad about the whole thing.

And now my nephew in Brazil, the brother of the niece who is here visiting me, has just had twin boys and they are going thru a very difficult time. One of his babies got a very bad infection and he is in a very critical situation. Both boys are premature babies and are still in the incubater.

Please, keep all of us in your prayers ... I have not been online lately. I just log on to see if there were any news from Brazil.

Please, let Jan know what's going on ... I may even have to fly down there if baby's health doesn't improve.

I enjoyed very much having met the two of you too. And thanks for all the pictures. I'll forward you the ones I took later.

Oh, I am so very sorry to hear about 'Drica's niece and your little nephews.
Your family must have great concern for these little babes.

We know that all things are possible; we live in an age of medical miracles. Coupled with the prayers of many and your faith we will trust the boys are in good hands. Your family must reply on your care and support - you are such a positive person and so kind.

I am so glad to see you back on here and back on Medifast. I just got the OK from my kidney specialist to start program and I started yesterday. I am glad we are doing this together.
