Hi Lizabette, thank you!

Ah! It was only water retention. This morning I was down to 255 again. What a relief! :dohdoh: I don't want to be near the house of the 60s anymore.

How are you doing yourself!?!

Biki, I'm a little disapointed ... this week the weight loss has slowed down dramatically ... and I am not doing anything different. I wish I could lose another 10 or 11 pounds this week. But I guess my body is reajusting to last week's great loss, huh!?

Yes, huge losses usually aren't continued by huge losses forever or everyone would be on Medifast for 3 months! Focus on compliance, not the scale. That will follow. Have patience.

That is so true ... I'll be more patient with my loss. But I wish I could get to my goal weight in three months, HAH! :roflmao: I wouldn't mind it at all.

Hey, guess who am I meeting personally tomorrow and having them coming over for dinner at my house?

"Nancy and Jan" my two Health Advisors! I'm very excited, nervous and very anxious too!

Hi Angel, Trust me, you are in the right place. I also restarted last December and then my life sort of fell apart the 2nd week of January when I found out I had to divorce my hubby. We are both hurting, but remain committed.

And I am committed to this program!!! My box of food came the other day and I would have jumped for joy, if I didn't have a bad knee.

I am going to restart on Valentines Day - that is my way of learning to love myself and do something good - just for me!!

So stay on board the M/F express! It is well worth the ride!!!

:D

Hi Sheri!

I'm sorry to hear that you and your hubby are divorcing. Even if you don't love each other anymore, it is always a stressing and painful experience.

I do believe in love and family, but I always say to my friends that where you find good you find better.

So, get your box of food, restart Medifast and rebuild your body, your self-confidence and I'm sure that pretty soon you'll be finding another love to fill your heart with joy and your life with hapinness again!

Have a great weekend!

Thanks Angel! Appreciate the kind words. Actually my husband and I are luckier then most. We are still very much in love and will begin counseling next week. He filed a chapter 7 bankruptcy and I learned (just in time) that the court could have taken my house, my car and my business.
So we divorced to protect me. He is currently staying with his folks while we sort this whole thing out. We have only been married 2 years...
this situation is why I had to stop the M/F after a very successful first month. But I am ready and raring to go at it once again.

Gotch ya!

Sheri, did you watch Oprah last Thursday? If not, go to this website: << www dot thesecret dot tv >> and then order the DVD. I'm sure it will help you guys tremendously.

Good luck and I'll keep you in my prayers!
