hi everyone...i am back. LAST YEAR I LOST 80 POUNDS ON THE MEDIFAST PLAN AND AM BACK!!!! I FELL OFF THE WAGON AND GAINED SOME OF MY WEIGHT AGAIN, BUT NEED TO TAKE IT OFF RIGHT NOW AND FFOR GOOD!

Well I am energized today!!! NANCY WHERE ARE YOU??? By the way...CONGRATS on presidential level!!!

I had a Mocha Shake this morning at 6 AM, and I think I will have a Chocolate shake at 9. Last night I talked to Bonnie Wills, my trusty Health Advisor. She is such an inspiration.

Well have a great day everyone.

By the way, I did step on the scale this morning and the rest is history........

Hi ya, Eddie ~

I'm here. I missed you and am very happy to know that you are back with us. The cool thing about our program is that it works and it is here for folks when they need it. Unlike other programs that come and go or totally disappear, Medifast has the history of success. For over 26 years now, it has helped millions of people to reclaim their health and to enjoy life. Sheesh! I sound like a commercial! And I am - it is the program that I searched all my life for and am so glad that I found it!

Sometimes flab happens, Eddie - none of us are perfect and for true Foodies, this is a series of learning events - it is hard to get it right the first time. We are really happy that you came back. Bonnie and I have often prayed for you - we just plain like ya, Kiddo and now we can get you to your goal and help you to stay there.

I was with BonBon and her DH last weekend - we borrowed Unca's Lotus and drove up to visit with BonBon and her family up near Mt. St. Helen's. She is a wonderful caring person - it was cool to watch her with her kids and grandkids. She cheers for their successes and will do the same for you, Eddie.
