Thank you guys! Today is day two and so far so good. I have lots of leftovers but i can have some turkey and broccoli for dinner. My 11 year anniversary is on Valentine's Day and i am hoping to be at my goal weight or near it by that time.
Everyone keep up the good work.

Hi Krandle

Welcome back!

Just think, you managed to keep off 63+ pounds for a year.
And good for you for returning when the "damage" is "only" 37 pounds instead of waiting until you've gained back all the weight.
Now WHEN you reach maintenance you'll know your trigger points and be able to address them and maintain your goal weight.

How has your first two weeks back on plan been?
