Hi all...was out of town in Raleigh North Carolina for a week and completely missed Frances. We were lucky not to have too much damage just a blown fence and lots of tree debris on lawns......a lot of work to clean up which is good for me right now.

we were supposed to be back on sunday but with all flights cancelled we only got home last night.

Did a lot of eating and drinking of my favorite drink.....clue...a habit I picked up in Ireland........color is black......has a head on top ........yep you guessed it......GUINNESS...........

I did not stay on MF while away for the 6 days and was surprized to get on the scale tonight and looks like I only gained 2 pounds......


I am back on MF full swing today.................
