Hi everyone!

I was on this program back in 2006. However, I ended up with gall stones and gained back much of what I lost. Since then have had no luck losing weight with the traditional "diet and exercise."

I have my box of food but just can't bring myself to start. It is my goal to start Monday.

I am happy to be back to this supportive community.

Just my opinion, but if you work during the week you might consider starting on the weekend. Sometimes the detox and crap we go through the first couple of days makes us grumpy and such.

ANYWAY - whenever, you choose to start. Give it all ya got and it won't let you down. You are worth it and you can do it!

Way to go Rodeo, she is so right!!!! Take the weekend and you can focus on you and the plan, I nearly forgot about the pee marathons :lol:

LOL, yeah - those too. Didn't even think about how far some people are from a bathroom when they are at work.
