Hello .... how did you know that I understand Spanish? Good for the best thing is telepathy .... good I like it alot and you know that the truth is that I have a heap of shame that I am here ... the fact is that one year ago I lost almost 100 lb. and then after eating a heap ..... I gained almost 50!!!! golly eh .... I hope it will be so easy to lose this again .... look after (maybe its supposed to mean we'll see)

Eddie, You can do it. Alot of folks have this happen. Stick to it and you will be able to lose it all and more.

Puedo entender todo, y puedo leerlo, pero no puedo hablar ni escribir muy bueno. And please...usted ha estado en estas tablas antes - sabes que no hay causa para el verguenza aquí. ¡Ninguno de nosotros estaría aquí si eso fue el caso! Lo bueno es que usted lo agarró antes que todo regresó...ay algunas personas que no han sido eso.
